Need a banner for an office party, sale or other event? A new Web site, PrintableBanners.net, offers free printable banners with more than 60 wording options for birthdays, holidays, celebrations and business needs. Or, site users can pay $5.99 for unlimited use of the custom banner maker for 24 hours.
PrintableBanners.net is the latest site from Savetz Publishing, Inc., whose FreePrintable.net family of sites offers thousands of free printable business cards, certificates, cards, coloring pages and more for home and office use.
"Using PrintableBanners.net is fast and convenient when you need a banner for home, business or any special event," said Kevin Savetz, the site's creator. There are free banners that say "Happy Birthday," "Yard Sale," "Bon Voyage" and other commonly needed messages. There are also free business banners with messages such as "Grand Opening," "Help Wanted" and "No Parking." Informational signs such as "Private Property" and "Beware of Dog" are also available for free.
Savetz said he is especially pleased with the response to the custom banner printing banner maker since it launched with the site in December 2008. "With PrintableBanners.net's banner generator, you can make a banner say virtually anything you want," Savetz said. Just type in the letters, choose from three colors (or black) three fonts and two text styles (plus filled or outline) and your banner will be created, ready to instantly download and print. For $5.99, users can access the banner maker to create as many banners as they want during a 24-hour period, making it perfect for retail sales, large parties and other uses.
The banners print out in easily-opened PDF form with one letter on each standard-size 8 1/2- by-11-inch sheet of paper. Once the letters are printed, assemble them by taping them to a wall, stringing them together or even laminating them for long-term use.
